30-Minute Thai Chicken Pizza

May 19, 2022 By Jessica Leave a Comment

Shake up your next family dinner with this 30-Minute Thai Chicken Pizza. It’s super easy to make and jam-packed with flavor! Predominately made with store-bought ingredients, this ‘zaa will be on the table in no time.

Chicken Pizza

Seriously… what’s not to love about pizza? Dough? Good! Cheese? Good! Toppings? YAAAAAS. If you’re a fan of this recipe, you won’t want to miss these other tasty creations! My Deep Dish Detroit-Style Pizza is crispy around the edges and chewy in the center. Short on time? Skip the dough and make this Fried Chicken French Bread! Bianca style (no red sauce) is one of my faves – this one is topped with beer-braised onions and balsamic glaze. Carbs for breakfast? Yes, pah-lease! Here is The Tastiest Breakfast Pizza out there.

INGREDIENTS FOR THAI CHICKEN PIZZA:

  • Garlic Naan Breads
  • Chicken Breast Tenderloins
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Thai Peanut Sauce
  • Red Onion
  • Shredded Carrots
  • Cilantro, for Garnish

NOTE: Thai Peanut sauce is available in the International section of your grocery store. It’s typically available in several brands. Alternatively, Satay Sauce would taste just great in this recipe.

  4. Allow the chicken to cool slightly and then cut into bite sized pieces.
  5. To assemble pizza: top each naan bread with ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, ¼ of the chicken, a handful of slices onions, and a handful of shredded carrots.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
  7. Drizzle each pizza with ¼ cup peanut sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro.

NOTES ON THIS RECIPE:

  • Feeling ambitious? You can absolutely skip the naan in this recipe and swap with your favorite pizza dough. Just keep in mind that cooking times may vary.
  • Peanut sauce is typically mild in heat. If you prefer a little bit of spice, you can mix a small amount of Sriracha into the peanut sauce before drizzling it on the finished pizza. Red pepper flakes or freshly chopped jalapeños are never a bad idea, either!
  • If you need to whip this up in even less time, the chicken can be cooked the day before. Simply add cooked chicken to your pizza as written in the recipe before tossing it into the oven.
