A Beautiful and Simple Almond Pesto for all occasions.
Add it to Appetizers, Pasta, Pizza, Salad…. ANYTHING!
Pictured here is my Roasted Butternut Squash Bruschetta.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Parsley Leaves
- 1 cup Basil Leaves
- 1 cup Cilantro
- ½ cup of sliced Almonds
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 medium cloves of Garlic
- ½ tbsp. dried Red Chili Flakes
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- Roughly ½ cup of Olive Oil
- Water as needed
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Process on high and add water as needed until your desired consistency.
Note: I like to let mine sit aside (in the fridge) for at least an hour to let the flavors blend.

Serves: 4-6
