Homemade Almond Pesto
 
 
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Parsley Leaves
  • 1 cup Basil Leaves
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • ½ cup of sliced Almonds
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 medium cloves of Garlic
  • ½ tbsp. dried Red Chili Flakes
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • Roughly ½ cup of Olive Oil
  • Water as needed
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  2. Process on high and add water as needed until your desired consistency.
  3. I like to let mine sit aside {in the fridge} for at least an hour to let the flavors blend.
