Homemade Almond Pesto
- 1 cup Parsley Leaves
- 1 cup Basil Leaves
- 1 cup Cilantro
- ½ cup of sliced Almonds
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 medium cloves of Garlic
- ½ tbsp. dried Red Chili Flakes
- Juice of ½ Lemon
- Roughly ½ cup of Olive Oil
- Water as needed
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Process on high and add water as needed until your desired consistency.
- I like to let mine sit aside {in the fridge} for at least an hour to let the flavors blend.
