The Ultimate Grocery List For Your Keto Meal Plan

A few times a year I like to reset my eating habits and practice low carb. Here’s some of my favorite tricks and hacks for a keto meal plan.

Keto Meal Plan

When I first started looking for yummy keto recipes online, the results were a little overwhelming. So I thought I’d take a stab at creating a keto shopping list that was straight-foward and to the point. I’ve found it easiest if I cook my favorite, everyday meals and make a few swaps. With so many low-carb substitutions available, there’s no need to deprive yourself when you’ve got certain cravings! A few of my favorites include these Ginger Shrimp Buddha Bowls, Low Carb Trader Joe’s Chimichurri Rice, and this Classic Cobb Salad with Super Creamy Italian Dressing.

Italian Herb Dressing

I’m all about taking the guesswork out of grocery shopping. To be quite honest, I’m terrible at meal prepping. However, if I have enough ingredients on hand in my refrigerator, I can whip up a keto-friendly meal in a matter of minutes. The key for me is pre-cutting my veggies (like I did with Whole30) and having everything readily available so I can just grab and go with it. So I guess that’s kind-of meal prepping, right? 😉

Classic Deviled Keto Meal Plan

Eggs are a serious staple for me, especially when following a Keto Meal Plan. 

If you’ve followed my blog or social channels for a while (ahem, are we friends on Instagram yet?) you know I heart me some fusion classics. These Miso Deviled Eggs are a MUST TRY. Sometimes I even chop them up and serve them as an egg salad in a sandwich. What’s an easy sandwich swap during keto? Stuff all your ingredients into a bell pepper, lettuce wraps or an avocado! Speaking of avocados, have you tried these Savory Oven Baked Eggs in Avocados? They’re almost as swoon-worthy as my Avocado Flautas (see the notes for low carb).

Keto Meal Plan

I created this Keto Grocery List as a helpful resource while I go shopping. Is it necessary to purchase every item? Not at all. But I find it nice to have something to reference while I’m walking up and down the produce and meat departments.
