SUPER ADDICTING SWEET POTATO CHILI:
This has been a staple for years. I have directions for both stock pot and Instant Pot, so feel free to utilize whichever method works best for your busy family! Serve alongside all your favorite toppings and you’ve got yourself a SOUP-ER meal.
THE ABSOLUTE BEST CREAM OF CELERY SOUP:
This Cream of Celery Soup has been perfected over the years… and I’m proud to finally share it on my blog! Velvety, extra cozy and delish! There’s nothing like warming up your belly with a big ‘ol bowl of soup. Oh, and don’t forget the Homemade Garlic Bread for dunkin’!
SERIOUSLY THE BEST FRENCH ONION SOUP:
Perfectly caramelized onions, rich broth, garlic, aromatic herbs, toasty bread and melty cheese makes the best French Onion Soup recipe. This classic, restaurant-quality bowl of comfort will knock your socks off.
TOMATO WHITE BEAN SOUP:
It’s officially soup weather! Love crafting meals from my pantry. This white bean soup recipe came to mind when I wanted to snuggle up on our porch rocking chairs for a mid-day lunch break. It comes together quickly, and the flavor profiles are… may I say magic? Slurp, slurp, enjoy!
DUTCH OVEN POZOLE VERDE WITH CHICKEN:
Pozole Verde is a vibrant green Mexican soup that’s loaded with fall-apart chicken, simmered veggies and spices. It’s the perfect bowl of comfort for any occasion. The leaves start to change… the nights get cooler… and we begin to crave all those wonderful comfort foods that we grew up with. For me, Pozole Verde is a must-make every year. It utilizes late-summer produce (like tomatillos and peppers) and there are endless flavorful possibilities when it comes to garnishments. Not to mention, look how pretty this is! It’s a great option for dinner parties.
CHEESY BUFFALO BLUE LASAGNA SOUP:
I’ve had many requests for lasagna soup, so of course I had to put my own spin on a traditional recipe! Spicy, cheesy, and totally addicting! Anything “buffalo” has always been a hit with my friends, family, and all of you! I mean, what’s not to like? It’s not overpoweringly hot, but gives you that little kick of spice that’s extremely flavorful.
EASY CROCKPOT RECIPES: TOMATO BASIL SOUP:
Keep cozy this fall with a heaping bowl of our Tomato Basil Soup! It’s easy to make, tastes delish, and you probably already have most the ingredients on hand. The classic combo of tomato and grilled cheese was one of my favorites while growing up… so obviously I had to master this comforting recipe as an adult.
BETTER THAN OLIVE GARDEN ZUPPA TOSCANA SOUP:
This super quick, copycat recipe has all the flavors you’re craving and more. Here’s my homemade version of Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana Soup! While I realize there’s a special experience of going out to eat, sometimes it’s not possible. Now that it’s soup season, we’ve been craving Olive Garden’s famous unlimited soup and breadsticks. And guess what? I perfected it at home! Honestly, I think it tastes 1000% better (I may be bias, but seriously… so good!).
SUPER COMFORTING POTATO AND LEEK SOUP:
My husband’s family owned a French restaurant for 30 years. His favorite dish was their potato and leek soup, so here’s my homemade version. I absolutely heart making soup from scratch. There’s something particularly special about gathering ingredients in my kitchen and making something so cozy and delicious. Served here with my Cheddar and Chive Sausage Biscuits.
EASY CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP WITH LEMON AND THYME:
This One Pot, Easy Chicken Noodle Soup is a simple yet super delicious recipe that will satisfy all your comfort food cravings. A heartier version of a childhood favorite… seriously, what could be better? It’s like a big, snuggly hug in a bowl!
DUNKER’S YOU CAN’T MISS!
FOOLPROOF HOMEMADE GARLIC BREAD:
Made with freshly minced garlic, butter, grated parmesan and herbs, this homemade garlic bread is the perfect side dish for any occasion. Let me just go ahead and get it out there… this garlic bread will make your entire house smell heavenly. Garlicy, buttery, toasty… what’s not to like here? Piping hot and fresh out of the oven, this recipe is something your whole family will enjoy (or should I say… devour?).
AIR FRYER GARLIC CHEDDAR DROP BISCUITS:
Drop biscuits are the ultimate baking recipe for home cooks that are NOT bakers. They’re crispy on the outside, fluffy & moist in the center. These homemade air fryer biscuits are so quick and easy to make. No kneading, butter chilling or fancy baking gizmo’s required! They seriously come out perfect every single time.
AIR FRIED ARANCINI BALLS:
Raise your hand if you’re satisfied with a plate of appetizers for dinner? I am! These Arancini Balls are easy, cheesy and oh-so-delish! I absolutely love the combination of bacon, cheddar and chives. So that’s exactly what we stuffed into this classic recipe to mix things up!
PUFF PASTRY REUBEN PINWHEELS:
I’m absolutely obsessed with Reuben sandwiches. For fun, this pinwheel recipe turns them into the ultimate party appetizer! If you’re craving a handheld version, make sure to check out my Lusty Reuben Sandwich with a Cheese Blanket. Goodness, so delish!
CHIVE GRILLED CHEESE:
Is there a more classic combo than Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup? Nostalgic and timeless. I’m pretty sure it’s safe to say that most of us grew up on this classic meal. There’s something incredibly satisfying when you dunk ooey-gooey cheese-stuffed, pan-toasted bread into Silky Tomato Soup. My version is spiked with extra goodies, yum!
SCALLION BUTTERMILK BISCUITS WITH PAPRIKA HONEY BUTTER:
Impress your guests with these flaky, buttery, savory, layer-on-top-of-layer buttermilk biscuits. Serve ’em with breakfast, lunch, or dinner! If you’ve wandered around my little slice of the internet before, you’re well aware that I’m not much of a baker. I prefer savory over sweet, and I usually add or substitute with what I have on hand… which doesn’t bode well with the specific measurements that baking calls for. However with biscuits… I’m totally on board. Give me some flour and let’s make a delicious mess in the kitchen! 😉
BUFFALO BLUE CHEESE GARLIC KNOTS:
Football season calls for these pillowy garlic knots that are rolled in blue cheese crumbles and topped with buffalo sauce before baking. Let’s talk about the ultimate party starter!
HOMEMADE FOCACCIA BREAD RECIPE:
Spongy, crispy, savory, all the things you crave. I decided to stick with a classic version for this recipe, but now that I know how to do it… I’ll totally be making different varieties. Stay tuned! I’m curious if this will work as a base for my Detroit Style Pizza… oh man, that would be delish! Or we could serve it Southern-style with these Triple Decker BLT Pimento Cheese Sandwiches. Yum. I think it would even work well in my Ham and Cheese Bread Pudding! Perfect for holiday breakfasts and family celebrations.
CHICKEN BACON RANCH BISCUIT BOMBS:
When I’d stay home from school, a Chicken Bacon Ranch Hot Pocket was always on the menu for lunch. Here’s by biscuit spin on a childhood fav! I love this nostalgic flavor combination. It’s hearty, melty, savory, and just plain ‘ol delicious. Both kids and adults enjoy them, so make sure to whip up a batch during your next family gathering, for sleepovers, or serve them with a side salad for dinner. They’re easy to make since they utilize refrigerated biscuit dough, and they come together in about 30 minutes.
MY GRANDMA’S SUPER EASY RECIPE FOR BIEROCKS:
Bierocks are soft rolls stuffed with ground beef, cabbage and onions. This recipe kicks things up a notch with sauerkraut and gruyère. Sometimes it’s the simplest of ingredients that make for the BEST recipes. This handy little meat pocket calls for 10 pantry staples. I think it’s safe to bet you probably already have most on hand.
