- Mozzarella
- Pub Mix
- Green Grapes
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Sliced Genoa Salami
- Pepperoni
- Mt. Olive Baby Dill Pickles
- Mt. Olive Dill Pickle Chips
- Mt. Olive Sliced Pepperoncini’s
- Mt. Olive Bread and Butter Munchies

DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE:
- Cut the cheese into cubes and set aside.
- Fill four mason jars with desired amount of Pub Mix as a base. Add desired number of green grapes and cherry tomatoes among the other four mason jars as a base. Keep some set aside for garnishments.
- Layer bamboo skewers with cheese squares, salami, pepperoni, and Mt Olive pickles, on bamboo skewers. Set the skewers inside the mason jars to add dimension.
- Finish by garnishing the mason jars with additional Pub Mix, grapes, tomatoes, blackberries, Mt. Olive Sliced Pepperoncini’s, Mt. Olive Bread and Butter Munchies, Fresh Rosemary Sprigs, and Basil leaves.

NOTES ON THIS RECIPE:
- If you’re not a fan of Colby Jack or Mozzarella, feel free to substitute any other hard cheese. The same applies to the salami and pepperoni. Steer clear of soft cheese like brie, blue cheese, or feta as it simply won’t hold up in the jars.
- No mason jars? No problem. Use alternative glassware like stemless wine glasses, rocks glasses, disposable paper cups or cones.
- A variety of height, dimension, and colors is what makes these really pop. Regardless of your ingredients, make sure you have an array of colors and textures to make these appealing to the eye – and to the belly. 😉
