Berry & Banana Nut Smoothie

This Berry & Banana Nut Smoothie recipe is a great way to start your day.

There’s also an excellent source of vitamins and fiber!

Ingredients: 

  • 1/3 cup of frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1 Banana (preferably frozen)
  • 1/3 cup of FF Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp ground Flax Seed Meal
  • 3 tbsp sliced Almonds
  • 1 1/3 cup of Coconut Water {or you can use juice, plain water or Almond Milk}
  • Top with Chia Seeds

Directions: 

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender (except the Chia Seeds) and blend until you reach your desired consistency.
  2. Top with Chia Seeds.
  3. Slurp…. Slurp…. Slurp. Ahhhhh Yummy.

Mix In Ideas:

  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 5 baby Carrots
  • Hemp Hearts {for topping}
  • 2 tbsp. Almond Butter

Serves: 1
