Berry & Banana Nut Smoothie
A quick meal for those who are in a rush…
Serves: 1
  • ⅓ cup of frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana (preferably frozen)
  • ⅓ cup of FF Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp ground flax seed meal
  • 3 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1⅓ cup of Coconut Water {or you can use juice, plain water or Almond Milk}
  • Top with chia seeds
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender (except the Chia Seeds) and blend until you reach your desired consistency.
  2. Top with Chia Seeds.
  3. Slurp... Slurp.... Slurp. Ahhh... Yummy.
