Mango-Blueberry Salsa

This recipe is an delicious upgrade from regular Mango Salsa.

Truly a versatile recipe you can serve with Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner!


Mango Salsa

Goes great over a Burger, Grilled Chicken or with Eggs. For an appetizer, serve with Tortilla Chips and sliced Bell Peppers.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Mango, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of fresh Blueberries, cut in half
  • 1/3 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño, seeded & minced
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 small Red Onion, thinly sliced & chopped
  • S+P to taste

Directions: 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Done!
