A Slice Of Our Week: 2025 Dinner Meal Plans – Week 4

January 19, 2025 By Jessica Leave a Comment

Happy Sunday! A week’s worth of easy-to-make meals coming your way in 4, 3, 2, 1… go!

DELICIOUS DINNERS TO GET YOU THROUGH THE WEEK:

Packed with flavor, yet simple enough to whip up on a weeknight, here are some recipes I’m in the mood for this week. If you make one of these wonderful meals, please tag me on Instagram so I can follow along!

Chilaquiles Verdes

SUNDAY: Super Delicious Chicken Chilaquiles Verdes. Looking for a versatile meal you can serve for breakfast, lunch, or dinner? These Chicken Chilaquiles Verdes are a true crowd pleaser. We’ll be noshing on these during the playoffs.

Chicken Lettuce Wraps Recipe

MONDAY: Sesame Hoisin Ground Chicken Lettuce Wraps. When it comes to the most crowd-pleasing chicken lettuce wraps recipe, this one here has got it all! Savory, crunchy, straight up delicious. Serve them with my Peanut Sesame Noodles.

Cheeseburger Meatloaf

TUESDAY: Individual Gems of Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf. This cheeseburger meatloaf is a twist on the classic meatloaf. It combines two of my favorite comfort foods and is totally crave-worthy. Serve with a side salad and my Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes!

Reuben Sandwich

WEDNESDAY: Lusty Reuben with a Cheese Blanket. I absolutely heart a classic Reuben Sandwich. This recipe takes things up a notch by hugging the exterior in a skillet-crusted cheese blanket. POOF. Mind blown.

Chicken Tacos

THURSDAY: Aloha Chicken Tacos with Citrus Slaw. Travel to the tropics of Hawaii with your tastebuds through these Aloha Chicken Tacos! Protein-packed, easy to make, and absolutely “ono”!

Lasagna Soup

FRIDAY: Cheesy Buffalo Blue Lasagna Soup. I’ve had many requests for lasagna soup, so of course I had to put my own spin on a traditional recipe! Spicy, cheesy, and totally addicting! If you want a more traditional version, give my Beef and Mushroom Lasagna Soup a whirl!
