Spicy Cabbage Slaw is an excellent recipe that pairs nicely with grilled meats.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 red onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, chopped (seeds included)
- 3 tbsp apple cider
- 3/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sugar (I use truvia)
- S + P to taste
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl and allow to mingle for at least two hours in the refrigerator.
Note: Technically, you can serve this immediately but the flavors blend really well the longer you allow to marinate.
