This recipe is an delicious upgrade from regular Mango Salsa.
Truly a versatile recipe you can serve with Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner!
Goes great over a Burger, Grilled Chicken or with Eggs. For an appetizer, serve with Tortilla Chips and sliced Bell Peppers.
Ingredients:
- 1 Mango, chopped
- 1/2 cup of fresh Blueberries, cut in half
- 1/3 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Jalapeño, seeded & minced
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1/4 small Red Onion, thinly sliced & chopped
- S+P to taste
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Done!
