Chipotle Aioli is a delightful mix of chipotles in adobo sauce with mayonnaise, garlic, citrus juice, and fresh herbs.
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 4 Chipotles in Adobo Sauce, minced
- ½ cup Cilantro Leaves, finely chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a medium size bowl and whisk until well combined.
NOTES ON THIS RECIPE:
- Add more or less chipotles in adobo sauce according to your own heat preference.
- Store in an airtight container, refrigerated, and consume within 5 days.
- If desired, you can whip this all together in the food processor if you don’t want to do it by hand.
