If you’ve never bought a jar of Chipotles in Adobo Sauce, you should… now. I use it in so many different recipes it’s not even funny. Need a small kick of flavor? Need an extra bite?
CHIPOTLES IN ADOBO SAUCE TO THE RESCUE.
It’s Labor Day weekend and you want to impress your end-of-summer cookout guests. Make this versatile dip and you’ll be asked for the recipe again and again.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 4 Chipotles in Adobo Sauce, minced (about 1 tbsp – you can add more/less to your heat preference)
- 1/2 cup Cilantro Leaves, finely chopped
- S + P to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Add all ingredients in a medium size bowl and whisk until well combined. Chill in the refrigerator, in an airtight container, for up to 5 days or until ready for use.
Suggested Usage: French Fries, Game Day Party Chip Dip, Slather on Chicken or Hamburger Sliders, Sandwiches or Pizza.
