Super Easy and Delicious Coconut Jasmine Rice
We are absolutely obsessed with this coconut jasmine rice. It's fluffy, super flavorful, and ready in less than 30 minutes!

- 2 cups Jasmine Rice, rinsed and drained
- 1 can Coconut Milk, 400 ml
- 1.5 cups Water
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Granulated Sugar
- 2 - 4 tbsp. Freshly Chopped Cilantro, to preference
- 2 Green Onions, sliced
Add rice to a large stockpot with coconut milk, water, salt, and sugar.
Mix together and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn the heat down to low, cover, and cook for 20 minutes.
Fluff with a fork before you’re ready to serve. Garnish with cilantro and green onions.
