How To Make Mashed Sweet Potatoes With 3 Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup Bolthouse Farms' Holiday Nog
  • ½ cup Salted Butter, cut into 8 pieces
  • 3½ lbs. Sweet Potatoes, peeled
  1. Peel and cut potato into smaller chunks. Around 2 inches each.
  2. Place potatoes in a large stockpot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and then turn heat down to a simmer. Simmer potatoes for 15 - 20 minutes, until tender.
  3. Drain potatoes and then add them back to the stockpot. Add Bolthouse Farms' Holiday Nog and butter. Mash all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  4. Enjoy immediately with your favorite protein and veggies. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 4 days.
