Everything Bagel Instant Pot Shredded Chicken
Serves: 4
  • 1 cup Chicken Bone Broth or Stock
  • 1 tbsp. Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  1. Place bone broth and seasoning in the instant pot. Set chicken inside the pot and cover with the lid.
  2. Turn valve to "sealing" and select the pressure cooker button.
  3. Set the timer for 15 minutes and allow the cooker to pressurize.
  4. Once cooked, switch the valve to "vent" and let the instant pot release pressure release for 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes, open the lid and ladle out about half the liquid.
  6. Shred with two forks and serve as desired. You can add more seasoning here if you wish.
  7. Store any remaining chicken in a ziplock bag or sealable container, refrigerated, for up to 3 days.
NOTE: This recipe can easily be doubled if you need to prep more chicken.
