Quick Dinner Recipes: Barbecue B.L.A.T. Flatbread Pizza
Serves: 4
  • 4 Pre-made Flatbread Pizza Crusts
  • ½ cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup halved Cherry Tomatoes
  • 8 slices of cooked Bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Romaine Lettuce
  • Avocado, chopped
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place flatbreads on a lined baking sheet and spread evenly with barbecue sauce. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and pop those bad boys in the oven for 8 – 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and browning. Prepare fresh produce while the flatbreads cook.
  3. Remove from oven and top with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
