How To Make A Green Smoothie Bowl
Serves: 2 bowls
For the Smoothie:
  • 10 oz. bag of fresh spinach (about 2 large handfuls)
  • 2 ripe bananas, frozen
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen green grapes
  • 1 cup coconut water (or almond milk)
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt (optional)
Optional Toppings:
  • fresh fruit
  • chia seeds
  • hemp hearts
  • sliced almonds
  • frozen grapes
  • almond or peanut butter drizzle
  1. Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until well creamy.
  2. Add more coconut water (or almond milk) to thin, if needed.
  3. Pour evenly into two bowls and add desired toppings.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
