How To Make A Green Smoothie Bowl
- 10 oz. bag of fresh spinach (about 2 large handfuls)
- 2 ripe bananas, frozen
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen green grapes
- 1 cup coconut water (or almond milk)
- ½ cup Greek Yogurt (optional)
- fresh fruit
- chia seeds
- hemp hearts
- sliced almonds
- frozen grapes
- almond or peanut butter drizzle
- Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until well creamy.
- Add more coconut water (or almond milk) to thin, if needed.
- Pour evenly into two bowls and add desired toppings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
