Breakfast Ideas For Toddlers: Cocoa Banana Pancakes
Serves: 6 pancakes
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
  • Butter, as needed for frying
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp. Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tbsp. Flax Seeds
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Flakes
  1. Mash banana in a large bowl with a fork.
  2. Add eggs and whisk together (with the fork) until well combined.
  3. Cook in a frying pan over medium-heat with a small dab of butter. Make sure to flip after 1 minute or so.
  4. Enjoy immediately with desired toppings.
