Korean Turkey Plates
SAVOR ALL THE FLAVORS OF KOREAN BBQ WITH THIS DELICIOUS DINNER IDEA. It’s easy to prepare, extremely flavorful, and cleanup is a breeze.
Serves: 4
  • For the Wok:
  • 3 Zsa Zsa Peppers, chopped
  • 2 small Cubanelle Peppers, chopped
  • ½ Red Onion, sliced & chopped
  • 1 pound Ground Turkey (93% Lean / 7% Fat)
  • Olive Oil, as needed
  • Korean Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 2 cloves grated Garlic
  • 1 tsp. freshly grated Ginger
  • ¼ cup Liquid Aminos
  • 1 tsp. Sriracha (add more/less to your heat preference)
  • 2 tbsp. Pomegranate Molasses
  • Serving Suggestions:
  • Fresh Basil
  • Sriracha
  • Toasted Pita Bread
  • Greek Yogurt (optional)
  1. Whisk together all ingredients for the Korean Sauce in a small bowl.
  2. Cook White Rice according to packaged directions. We used instant White Rice but you can also use regular white rice or brown in this recipe.
  3. Heat Olive Oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and stir fry for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Add Ground Turkey and Korean Sauce. Sauté for 10-12 minutes, or until meat is fully cooked.
  5. Serve immediately over rice and garnish with fresh Basil.
