Korean Turkey Plates
- For the Wok:
- 3 Zsa Zsa Peppers, chopped
- 2 small Cubanelle Peppers, chopped
- ½ Red Onion, sliced & chopped
- 1 pound Ground Turkey (93% Lean / 7% Fat)
- Olive Oil, as needed
- Korean Sauce:
- 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 2 cloves grated Garlic
- 1 tsp. freshly grated Ginger
- ¼ cup Liquid Aminos
- 1 tsp. Sriracha (add more/less to your heat preference)
- 2 tbsp. Pomegranate Molasses
- Serving Suggestions:
- Fresh Basil
- Sriracha
- Toasted Pita Bread
- Greek Yogurt (optional)
- Whisk together all ingredients for the Korean Sauce in a small bowl.
- Cook White Rice according to packaged directions. We used instant White Rice but you can also use regular white rice or brown in this recipe.
- Heat Olive Oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and stir fry for 5-6 minutes.
- Add Ground Turkey and Korean Sauce. Sauté for 10-12 minutes, or until meat is fully cooked.
- Serve immediately over rice and garnish with fresh Basil.
