Football season calls for these pillowy garlic knots that are rolled in blue cheese crumbles and topped with buffalo sauce before baking.
Serves: 16
Ingredients
  • 4 oz. Salted Butter, melted
  • 2 - 3 tbsp. Buffalo Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 shakes Worcestershire Sauce
  • 16 oz. Prepared Pizza Dough
  • 4 oz. Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • Sliced Green Onions, for garnish
  • Chopped Cilantro or Italian Parsley, for garnish
  • ½ cup Preferred Dipping Sauce, optional
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Whisk together the melted butter, hot sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire. Set aside.
  3. Cut the dough into 16 portions. Roll each piece on a floured cutting board until they’re about 8 inches long.
  4. Press blue cheese crumbles into each rolled out dough and fold into a knot. Top each one with more blue cheese crumbles if desired.
  5. Place the knots on a parchment lined baking sheet and evenly top each knot with the buffalo mixture.
  6. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes, or until they’re puffy and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle with green onions, cilantro or parsley, and serve with optional dipping sauce.
