Buffalo Blue Cheese Garlic Knots
- 4 oz. Salted Butter, melted
- 2 - 3 tbsp. Buffalo Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 shakes Worcestershire Sauce
- 16 oz. Prepared Pizza Dough
- 4 oz. Blue Cheese, crumbled
- Sliced Green Onions, for garnish
- Chopped Cilantro or Italian Parsley, for garnish
- ½ cup Preferred Dipping Sauce, optional
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Whisk together the melted butter, hot sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire. Set aside.
- Cut the dough into 16 portions. Roll each piece on a floured cutting board until they’re about 8 inches long.
- Press blue cheese crumbles into each rolled out dough and fold into a knot. Top each one with more blue cheese crumbles if desired.
- Place the knots on a parchment lined baking sheet and evenly top each knot with the buffalo mixture.
- Bake for 15 - 18 minutes, or until they’re puffy and golden.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle with green onions, cilantro or parsley, and serve with optional dipping sauce.
