GOCHUJANG CHILI MAYO:
Mix the mayo and chili sauce until combined.
TO ASSEMBLE
Smear a nice dollop of mayo on both sides of the slider buns.
Layer each bottom bun with a burger patty, a few pieces of kimchi, a couple slices of jalapeños, and top with a solid heap of the ramen slaw.
