This Katsu Chicken Recipe is a flavorful weeknight meal the whole family will love! Drizzle with Tonkatsu sauce and serve over steamed rice. Easy-Peasy!
Place the flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned panko in three shallow plates. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
Dredge each thinly sliced breast in the flour, then eggs, then coat in seasoned panko. Repeat, as needed.
Place the slices on the air frying racks, making sure not to overlap. Spray with cooking oil, if desired. Air fry for 8 – 10 minutes, making sure to flip chicken halfway through.
Remove from the air fryer and slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Serve with recommended garnishes over white rice and/or cabbage salad.
