Super Easy Blistered Tomatoes For Any Occasion

Elevate just about any meal with these 5-minute blistered tomatoes! Serve them on cheeseboards, with pasta, eggs, pizza, and so much more!
Serves: 4
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Clamshell of Cherry Tomatoes, about 2 cups
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp. Chopped Fresh Basil
  • Salt+ Pepper, to taste
  1. Heat up the oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat and then add the tomatoes when the oil is warmed.
  2. Allow the tomatoes to sit for a couple minutes until they blister. Then add the minced garlic, stir and continue to cook until fragrant. About 1 - 2 minutes.
  3. Remove the blistered tomatoes from heat and sprinkle with chopped basil. Season with salt, pepper and enjoy!
