Allow the tomatoes to sit for a couple minutes until they blister. Then add the minced garlic, stir and continue to cook until fragrant. About 1 - 2 minutes.
Remove the blistered tomatoes from heat and sprinkle with chopped basil. Season with salt, pepper and enjoy!
