Foolproof Homemade Garlic Bread

Made with freshly minced garlic, butter, grated parmesan and herbs, this homemade garlic bread is the perfect side dish for any occasion.
Serves: 4
  • 1 Baguette or French Loaf
  • 5 - 6 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp. Chopped Italian Parsley
  • ½ cup Salted Butter, room temperature
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp. Paprika
  • ½ tsp. Onion Powder
  • ¼ cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  1. Cut the baguette or French loaf in half, longways, and set on top of a baking sheet. Inner bread facing up.
  2. Mince the garlic and give the Italian parsley a good chop. Place them in the mixing bowl with the salted butter, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder and grated parmesan. Mix well.
  3. Slather the garlic butter generously on the bread halves.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400F and bake the garlic bread until golden brown, about 10 - 12 minutes.
  5. Cut into slices and enjoy immediately!
