Incredibly Crispy Air Fryer Pasta Chips

Leave it to TikTok to find the newest trend since Baked Feta. These air fryer pasta chips are super crunchy, crazy addicting and easy to make.
Serves: 4
  • 8 oz. Rigatoni Dry Pasta
  • Salt, as needed for boiling
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 4 tbsp. Nutritional Yeast or Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • ½ tsp. Granulated Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • Salt + Pepper, to taste
  1. Fill a large stockpot with water and bring to a rolling boil. Add salt, rigatoni noodles and cook until al dente (according to the package directions).
  2. Once cooked, drain the noodles and pour them into a large mixing bowl. Toss with olive oil, nutritional yeast or parmesan, seasonings and salt + pepper.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400F. Evenly divide the pasta noodles amongst the two air fryer trays and cook for 12 - 14 minutes, rotating the trays halfway through.
  4. Serve with your favorite sauces and enjoy immediately.
