Bacon, Scallion and Cream Cheese Dip For Crackers

I'm absolutely smitten with cream cheese dip for crackers, especially when it includes bacon and scallions!
Serves: 10
  • 12 oz. Cream Cheese (room temp)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 8 Slices Bacon
  • ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ¼ cup Chopped Parsley
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp. Dried Oregano
  • Dash of Hot Sauce, optional
  • Milton's Olive Oil and Sea Salt Baked Crackers
  • Sliced Green Apple
  • Chopped Red Bell Peppers
  • Sliced Radishes
  • Fresh Italian Parsley
  • Sliced JalapeƱos
  1. Mix all ingredients for the cream cheese dip together in a large mixing bowl. You can do this by hand (hello arm muscles!) or with a stand-alone mixer. Either method will do the trick!
  2. Place the mixed dip in the refrigerator, covered, for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to marry.
  3. When you're ready to serve, place the dip on a platter and serve with your desired dipping companions and crackers.
