I'm absolutely smitten with cream cheese dip for crackers, especially when it includes bacon and scallions!
Serves: 10
Ingredients
FOR THE CREAM CHEESE DIP:
12 oz. Cream Cheese (room temp)
1 cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
1 cup Mayonnaise
8 Slices Bacon
¼ cup Chopped Green Onions
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
¼ cup Chopped Parsley
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
½ tsp. Dried Oregano
Dash of Hot Sauce, optional
DIPPING SUGGESTIONS:
Milton's Olive Oil and Sea Salt Baked Crackers
Sliced Green Apple
Chopped Red Bell Peppers
Sliced Radishes
Fresh Italian Parsley
Sliced JalapeƱos
Instructions
Mix all ingredients for the cream cheese dip together in a large mixing bowl. You can do this by hand (hello arm muscles!) or with a stand-alone mixer. Either method will do the trick!
Place the mixed dip in the refrigerator, covered, for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to marry.
When you're ready to serve, place the dip on a platter and serve with your desired dipping companions and crackers.
