Take your ice cream sundae to the next level by stuffing all the glorious toppings into a perfectly baked cookie cup! Easy, fun and delish!
Serves: 8 Cookie Cups
Ingredients
COOKIE CUPS:
  • 16.5 oz. Pre-made Cookie Dough (but feel free to make your own, if desired)
ICE CREAM + TOPPINGS (as needed):
  • Bruster's Ice Cream
  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Whipped Cream
  • White Chocolate Chips
  • Rainbow Sprinkles
  • Graham Crackers, optional for crushing or dipping
Instructions
TO MAKE THE COOKIE CUPS:
  1. Preheat the oven according to the cookie dough package directions.
  2. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside.
  3. Grab enough dough for two cookies, roll into a ball and press into 8 greased muffin tin cups. Use your fingers to create a cup-shape, evenly going around the walls.
  4. Grease the bottom of a second muffin tin and gently place on top of the cookie-filled muffin tin.
  5. Bake the cookie cups according to the packaged directions, between 15 - 17 minutes for most varieties.
  6. Let the cups slightly cool, then gently pull them out and set on a wired rack to cool.
BIRTHDAY COOKIE CUP FILLINGS:
  1. Scoop some ice cream into each cookie cup, making sure to fill to the brim. Adorn with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, white chocolate chips, sprinkles and optional graham crackers.
  2. Enjoy immediately.
