Flatbread Pizza with Pear, Gorgonzola, Sausage and Honey
- 1 Large Prepared Flatbread Crust
- 2 Cajun Style Andouille Sausages, sliced and sautéed
- Asian Pear or Bartlett, sliced
- ⅓ cup Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbles
- Honey, as needed
- Micro or Regular Arugula, as needed
- Slice and cook sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Garnish flatbread with sautéed sausages, sliced pear, gorgonzola crumbles and a drizzle of honey.
- Bake at 350F for 10 – 15 minutes, or until the blue cheese has melted.
- Sprinkle with micro arugula (and an extra drizzle of honey, if desired) and enjoy immediately.
