Upgrade Those Classic Deviled Eggs With Miso

No party is complete without Classic Deviled Eggs. Surprise your guests with this miso-spiked version and watch them quickly disappear.
Serves: 24 Deviled Eggs
  • 1 dozen Eggs, hard-boiled & peeled
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. White Miso
  • ½ tsp. Ground Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Rice Vinegar
  • Salt + Black Pepper, to taste
  • Drizzle of Toasted Sesame Oil
  • Sprinkle with Black Sesame Seeds
  • Garnish each with Freshly Chopped Chives
  1. Cut hard-boiled eggs in half, lengthwise, and separate the yolks from the egg whites. Place yolks in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk mayonnaise, white miso, ground mustard, rice vinegar, salt + pepper together in a small mixing bowl and set aside. Next, you'll smash the egg yolks and then fold-in the mayonnaise mixture until well combined.
  3. Using a small spoon or piping bag, fill cavities of the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Drizzle with toasted sesame oil, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and chives. Enjoy immediately.
