How To Make Aji Verde (Spicy Peruvian Green Sauce)
- 3 Fresh JalapeƱos
- 2 cups Fresh Cilantro Leaves
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- Juice of 1 Lime
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Sour Cream
- 1 tsp. White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt + Black Pepper, to taste
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse, making sure to scrape down the sides, until fully smooth.
