In an EXTRA LARGE mixing bowl (or two medium bowls), combine first six ingredients and set aside.
Heat White Chocolate Chips in a microwave-safe bowl with Butter for 1 - 2 minutes (ours took 2 minutes). Make sure to mix about halfway through cooking time.
Pour melted White Chocolate over cereal mix and stir until all the dry ingredients are evenly covered.
Spread onto 2 large baking sheets covered in wax paper. Let cool for 10 minutes and then break part into smaller chunks.
Store in an air tight container until you're ready to serve. (Also store leftovers in air tight containers.)
